Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling via call or text to (915)383-9047. Please note, that if we do not answer we are busy, so send a text to document the time. In the event of last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or clients arriving 20 minutes late within the 48-hour window, a charge of 50% of the service total will be applied.
